Dr. Seuss 1st Book Release in +25 years & Carnival Cruise’s Seuss at the Sea #CruisingCarnival

Memories recalled from my childhood have always been a fond experience for me. I remember a lot of things that other children simply forget over time; faces, teachers names, early memories, etc. One of the things I remember most was my love of reading and the many authors that I adored during my childhood, one of whom was Dr.Seuss. If you are a parent of little ones who adores the imaginary world of Dr.Seuss or remember being an avid fan during your own childhood, then you'll be as pleased as Continue Reading

After visiting so many great places while on my recent trip to Atlanta, Georgia, I was just about done in from all the hustle and bustle and the excitement that comes with journeying to new places, but despite my growing exhaustion I still had a few places left to visit before concluding my Atlanta tour and heading back home. One of which: The College Football Hall of Fame. Whether you're a sports enthusiast or a hometown fan, if you find yourself passing through Georgia or are vacationing Continue Reading

After quite a few successful press tours over the last few months, I don't think it will come as a surprise to any when I reiterate my love for traveling. Even after months of constant go-go-going I'm still not tired of my travels and was recently even given the chance to journey to Atlanta for another press tour, during which I was able to see a lot of fantastic destinations while I enjoyed my stay. During my trip I was able to visit several Atlanta destinations and I can't wait to share my Continue Reading

Atlanta Area Attractions – Family Fun at The World of Coca-Cola #BayouTravel

Nothing says classic to me quite like reminiscing over my child hood with a tall glass of Coca-Cola. During my recent family trip to Atlanta , I was able to make a trip to a place that is near and dear to my heart: the World of Coca-Cola, where the magic behind the iconic sugar drink happens. Or at least, where you can learn about the history of Coca-Cola, anyways. When I created my itinerary, I was so excited to see the many different Downtown Atlanta area attractions available. But when my Continue Reading

Seize the Day….Trip: Trips to Include on Your Next Road Trip – #MsGulfCoast Edition #BayouTravel

When my family moved to S.E Louisiana our summer, like many local families included short trips to Bay St. Louis and Waveland, Mississippi. My father worked off shore for several weeks at a time so my mother and her friend would take our families to the coast for quick beach trip. There were times we would spend the night in a local hotel with both of our families or drive back the same evening. So naturally summer wouldn't be complete without taking my kids for a few day trips to the area to Continue Reading

Mission Concepción – San Antonio Missions National Historical Park #BayouTravel

My family and I visited Mission Concepción in San Antonio which is the oldest unrestored stone church in America. Built in the mid 1700's, Mission Concepción looks as it did originally with the exception of it's colorful geometric designs that has since faded over the years. Although the mission has been abandoned for long periods, like San Jose, Mission Concepción is once again used for worship. The Battle of Concepción was fought here on October 28, 1835 between Continue Reading

Tour Companies to Consider in San Antonio, Texas – CitySightSeeing Spotlight #BayouTravel

Being able to travel to a new city and absorb the many sights, smells and experiences is an amazing opportunity for me. I've loved traveling ever since I was a kid, so being able to travel as an adult and really soak up the experience of traveling to-and-fro is so amazing. When I was selected to travel to San Antonio, Texas, to take in some of the sights there I was thrilled and I couldn't wait to jump feet first over the line of the Lone Star State. As a universal, visiting new Continue Reading

San Antonio Texas: Missions National Historical Park – San Jose Mission Spotlight #BayouTravel

One of my favorite things to do when traveling is to visit historic home, missions, battlefields and state parks and more. Not only because of the educational value in it but because we get to step back in time and learn about how others lived and interacted during a certain period. San Antonio's National Historic Park in Texas consists of 4 missions. Mission San Jose being the "Queen of the Missions is also the park's visitor center. As we pulled up we found ourselves visiting the park Continue Reading
