Although our stay was part of a recent #BayouTravel press trip, opinions and thoughts are 100% my own and can not be influenced. For additional information please refer to this site’s disclosure section.

Turquoise Place - Orange Beach Alabama - the Premier Resort of the Gulf Coast #BayouTravel

Living in Southeast Louisiana has many privileges, but the proximity to the sugar white beaches of Alabama’s Gulf Coast can’t be beat. Our family returned to Orange beach for a weekend stay at a Spectrum Resort – Turquoise Place. Located in Orange Beach, Alabama, Turquoise Place offers guests a spacious vacation option with luxurious condominiums and premier amenities that your traveling family will enjoy.

The beach is calling! Seriously, Orange Beach is located along Gulf of Mexico and is short drive from New Orleans and is one of America’s most popular beach destinations. Aside from the sugar white beaches, Orange Beach offers a wide selection of beach travel accommodations and attractions. From water sports like para-sailing and snuba, you can also find an array of golf courses, dolphin cruises and sporting events commonly held at Orange Beach Sportsplex.

Spacious Condos available at Turquoise Place, Spectrum Resorts in Orange Beach, Alabama #BayouTravel

Our family had more than enough room in a 3 bedroom Turquoise Place residence. Turquoise Place offers guests 3, 4 and 5 bedroom penthouse accommodations. Our 3 bedroom condo was roughly 2,30o square feet with an additional 400+ square foot balcony and can sleep a family of eight. With 10’ ceilings throughout the residence everyone in the family can have the space they need or bundle up with another family for maximum savings.

When I travel I refuse to cook especially if I am on vacation. But the kitchen and outdoor cooking area contained state of the art appliances, chef’s range and hood and plenty of storage your traveling family will benefit from. Not only did the kitchen encourage me to cook, but the first thing I did was run to the local Publix and purchase the ingredients I needed for our family dinners. In addition, our family was able to cut down on food costs and put it towards attractions and souvenirs. Besides, mimosa ingredients must be on hand to watch the sun rise daily.

With 3 1/2 bathrooms available to our family, getting dressed every morning was a breeze. The jacuzzi, master suite shower and private balcony hot tub offered a relaxing way to end the day while the spacious layout maximized privacy in the designer condo.

While the luxury condos includes a wet bar with wine cooler, balcony with a Jacuzzi tub, outdoor grill, gas fireplace and high definition televisions, guest have to leave the condo eventually. The sugar white sand and amenities at Turquoise Place will lure you outside. Lazy River, indoor pool, fitness center and saunas will keep you busy during the day.

While my son is too old to utilize the outdoor playground, the lazy river was his favorite amenity at the resort. The spacious indoor pool was a close second while I enjoyed the hot tubs, sauna and steam room. But the beach can’t be beat!

October & November are great months to visit Alabama’s Gulf Coast. The weather is still enjoyable during the day and stays in the 70+ degree range. The beach crowd subsides during the month of October & November which is an added benefit to Orange Beach travelers.

The Orange Beach & Gulf Shores area offers various festivals and large events that traveling families can enjoy this fall. You can also utilize added savings when booking during these large events in the area. Turquoise Place has several special offers that can maximize savings when booking your upcoming stay.
