Recently I went to Microsoft’s newest retail store at Lakeside Shopping Center in Metairie, Louisiana. With several Grand Opening Events, local residents were thrilled to have Microsoft in the New Orleans area. I can’t blame them! We love technology and knowing that a Microsoft is nearby can help local businesses, young adults and families stay connected and productive.
My children & I were so excited about this particular grand opening. Aside from loving Microsoft products, we are huge sports fans At the Microsoft Xbox One Event local residents and myself had the opportunity to meet basketball star Shaquille O’Neal! In addition, I had the opportunity to interview the basketball star and ask him several tech related questions.
Can you imagine how nervous I was?
Aside from tech and gadgets, Microsoft retail stores offer customers the opportunity to schedule an appointment with the Answer Desk. The Answer Desk is a free consultation that can provide personal training, business consultation or fix an issue with equipment or a device. You can schedule a free one-on-one appointment with an Answer Desk expert at a store near to you. They can also provide a personal recommendation on which services and products are right at you.
