My daughter is “Directioner”: A HUGE Fan of One Direction!
Who is One Direction? One Direction became famous on the U.K X-Factor 2010. They were each individually entered into the contest but before they were booted off individually, they were placed together as a “Boy Band” as a lifeline by Simon Cowell. Talk about a music genius because One direction has taken the music world by storm. Okay, maybe not by storm but the kids love them. Here is your One Direction Cheat Sheet so you and your daughter can have something new to talk about.
Members: Niall Horan, 18, Zayn Malik, 19, Liam Payne, 18, Harry Styles, 18, and Louis Tomlinson, 20
Member’s Origin: Niall is Ireland, the rest are from England.

One Direction’s second studio album Take Me Home is scheduled for release on 12 November 2012 along with a new tour for 2013.

~ Apparently they are known for their brightly colored skinny jeans.

~ Louis attended acting school prior to U.K X-Factor and has been seen in a few small drama roles on BBC.
~ Liam took up boxing after being bullied in junior high at the age of 12 years old.

I am so glad my girls are still young, and I don’t have to deal with boy bands. They look cute, but I am not ready to have posters and stuff plastered all over our their walls 😉
My kiddos are still young but we love listening to Taylor Swift together-I don’t think we’re quite ready for boy bands but at least the music is catchy:)

My girls are very picky and selective, to a certain point, they like this band too, but then again, they like a wide variety, which I think its awesome that they keep their tastes diversified! No posters on my wall, well, now they’re into Beiber… TAKE IT DOWN LOL!!
OMG – my daughter Rose LOVES Harry and One Direction!
I do not have girls. My oldest is the kind that you wouldn’t know it if he like something or not, and my youngest likes Work Girl.
OMG! If my Lil Diva sees/read this she will go crazy 😉 She loves One Direction – Her school had a Scholastic Book Sale last week and guess what she bought? A lovely book all about this group and the boys background. I tell you, she read that book in one night! lol
