3 Reasons to Choose Quaker Breakfast Shakes #Ad

There is no excuse for not eating a well-balance breakfast in the morning but I have a hard time in squeezing a simple bowl of cereal more less a healthy breakfast. Every minute is important to this mom so I find myself grabbing a quick Quaker Breakfast Shake before heading to work every morning.

Drinking a chocolate flavored Quaker Breakfast Shake doesn’t seem very healthy for you but in fact it can give you the wholesome goodness you want for a morning on-the-go. Each Quaker Breakfast Shake contains 8g of whole grain oats, 10g of protein, 6g of fiber, and 200 calories. For me, it ‘s a convenient way to get your day started. Once I put my son on the bus, take an hour or so to write, edit pictures and do some light housework I can grab a bottle and my keys and get to work.

You will love the flavors! Don’t worry about a chalky after taste either. You can find Quaker Breakfast Shake in three flavors: Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla. Personally strawberry is my favorite! Aside from the whole grain oat and fiber, the protein comes primarily from milk protein isolate. The fiber comes from a combination of whole oat flour, polydextrose and hydrocolloids. Calories are kept low through the use of sweetener sucralose sugar combination. Plus it’s shelf stable so I don’t have to worry about  taking  valuable refrigerator shelf space every week.

I make sure to bring plenty of snacks like fresh fruit and nuts to add additional health benefits to be diet at work but with my fast-paced lifestyle cutting a few corners can make a huge difference in my work/home schedule. I can grab and go and save time for snuggling with my son before he leaves for school in the morning!

I should pick some of these up to try – i’m always excited to try healthy new on-the-go breakfast ideas. I hate waking up early enough to make something healthy, haha.
