Beauty Must-Haves Makeup Bag Essentials for a Natural Look

Creating a natural look with makeup is one of the easiest looks to accomplish because you are just trying to enhance your everyday appearance rather than change it with a huge application of makeup. In order to create an easy to put together, natural look of essentials that you can keep in your makeup bag for everyday use, look for items that are as close to your skin color as possible.

Look for these fab finds to help you put together the perfect makeup bag essentials to create a natural makeup look.

Tinted Moisturizers
Tinted moisturizers have long been the must have item for anyone wanting to create a natural look, but recently this cream has shot to popularity for its ability to easily even skin tone and create a smooth look with such a light product. Rather than use a full on foundation, tinted moisturizer gives your skin a healthy glow and reduces the appearance of blemishes at the same time.

Light Concealer

You can get away without the use of a concealer at all, but carrying a light concealer stick for bad days is a smart idea. Find one that is multi-purpose and can offer you coverage without being cakey. Concealers that are suited to easy blending will pair well with a natural looking tinted moisturizer.

Light Rose Blush
The lightest shade of natural looking, light rose blush is best to create a natural look because it will appear on your skin but look as if it is your own coloring. You don’t want anything that is going to attract attention or look as if you are wearing makeup, so just the lightest hint of color is best.

Tinted Balm
A tinted rose balm is essential to creating a natural makeup look. Like tinted moisturizer, it can give your lips color, but ultimately just perks them up with a hint of moisturizer that is good for you in the end. Balm lets your natural lip color shine through and the subtle tint just enhances the color of your lips so that they appear rosier and healthier.

A Bold Mascara
However natural your makeup is, a bold mascara will create the drama and pulled together look that you are after. The goal of makeup is to show off your best features, and mascara draws attention to your eyes. Keep the rest of your eye makeup simple, or even skip the rest, because a couple layers of mascara can be enough to open up your eyes enough that you don’t need to do anything else.

What are your makeup bag essentials?

I use a tinted CC cream instead of just a tinted moisturizer …. great multitasking tool. Check it out…. mine has sunscreen too.

I’m going to have to check these products out. I have a tendency to do full makeup or no makeup and would love to find a natural looking medium!

My favorite is mascara – nothing perks me up like lush lashes! Running a close second is the my tinted rose balm, and smells great too!
