DRY BAR BLEU SALON

I hate to admit it but my hair is a HOT MESS this time of year! Wavy + Thick + Long hair is challenging so I’m always looking for new ideas when it comes to fighting my frumpy, frizzy look. I recently went to a Sip + See Pre-Grand Opening Event at DRY BAR BLEU in Metairie, Louisiana. Dry Bar Bleu is Metairie’s newest hair salon that focuses on JUST blowouts! That’s right, no hair cuts or colors. You can be in & out in 30-45 minutes depending on your hair and style preference. Located in Old Metiaire, Dry Bar Bleu is focuses on a luxury hair experience for $35 or under.

When you enter Dry Bar Bleu you will be greeted by your stylist with a Menu of various options & add-ons. Each customer will also have the opportunity to your a dedicated IPad to visualize all options available directly from Dry Bar Bleu’s Pinterest account. When you are ready, you can get a wash, blowout, style and your off to that special event or dinner your prepping for. Dry Bar Blue is also a perfect way to start your work week.

DRY BAR BLEU MENU

Dry Bar Bleu offers opportunities where it pays to be a regular customer. You can received discounts by purchasing Memberships, Bar Tabs & of course Gift Certificates. If my husband is reading this: Think Birthdays & Christmas!! I’ve tried to do it on my own and having a professional gives optimal results! Not only do I have a little more confidence when my hair is just right but I feel more polished and professional after stepping out of a salon. At $35 I can definitely see myself treating myself to a luxury experience.

I loved the atmosphere that Dry Bar Bleu gave. Employees at the salon where very welcoming and gave me a walk through of how each blow out experience would proceed from beginning to end. Beverages are always available to customers and a wide selection of hair products & styling tools can be purchased to recreate your new look at home.

One thing you don’t have to worry about is harsh chemicals walking into the salon or long wait times that traditional salons offer. You can book your next appointment by phone or on their website. Dry Bar Bleu is also available for special events like Birthday Blowouts, Girls Night Out & Bachelorette/Bridal Parties. If you have a little mini me, you can bring your favorite princess for the Shirley Temple which is available for 10 years old & under.

$35.00 to have your hair blown dry when it is very long is really not a lot of money! When my hair was long and I had to go somewhere special it sometimes cost me up $50 and up–but then I live in NY–At $35. I would certainly go at least a couple of times a month!! It is so worth it to let someone else do your hair for you.

I’ve always wanted to try going to a dry bar because I can really never replicate that salon-blow dry look on my own! $35 really doesn’t seem like a bad price for looking great before a big night out!

I never thought I’d have a use for a dry bar since my hair is SO thin and straight but the opportunity to get pampered in a fun environment and have your hair done for nice occasions is wonderful – it was great to see you there!
