2. Gumbo, Jambalaya, & Red Beans are in your Dinner rotation at least 2x’s a month.
3. You have a favorite bar restaurant near every New Orlean’s lankmark.
4. You know exactly what the cab fare is from the French Quarter to your favorite hotel on Canal Street is.
5. You use tobasco like some use ketchup.
6. You have boxes of Mardi Gras beads in your attic, and will actually use them in a parade!
7. Your closet consists of Black & Gold or Purple & Gold!!
8. King Cake starts being served at your house right after Christmas.
9. Fleur De Lis are staples in every aspect of decorating, even if it is in the bathroom!
10. Your parents & grandparents were raised her, you were raised her, and your kids are being raised here. And you will die here…God Willing!
