My daughter (currently entering 9th grade) has had perfect attendance since 1st grade. We wash hands, take allergy medicine (allergies are AWFUL here!), and eat healthy and stay active!
We are really active so that helps us stay healthy. We are always walking, riding bikes, and playing soccer or baseball. We also make sure to stay hydrated at all times. One thing that can really make you feel like crap is you are not hydrated. We also make sure that the kids take a daily multi-vitamin. They prefer the gummy ones, so that makes it easier. When we do get sick, we try to stick to natural remedies like Hyland’s. We also like to use honey, vitamin C tablets, and fresh orange juice.
