I am so excited!!

For the next few days I will have the opportunity to attend The Niche Mommy Conference. The Niche Mommy Network & Conference is a diverse group of mom bloggers and conference geared towards the diverse and multicultural mom niche and those that embrace diversity. The inaugural Niche Mommy Conference will take place August 23-26, 2012 in my own area of New Orleans!

I have been waiting for a Blogger Conference to occur in my own area that would help diffuse so travel expenses. Travel time, gas, and safety driving to & from the conference was a huge concern for my family. The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf-Astoria Collection, is the official hotel for The Niche Mommy Conference 2012 so staying at the conference was going to be out of my price budget. The great things about the Roosevelt Hotel was that it offered to price match other hotels in the area if I selected to stay elsewhere. Fortunately, due to the support of sponsors like Huggies and Time to Play, I was able to receive a scholarship for my accommodations.

The Conference itself will give me and other bloggers the opportunity to network with other bloggers, connect with premier sponsors like Huggies, Britax, Time to Play, Gain, & more! In addition, bloggers will be attending session that will help grow our business and expand our niche.

I have been anxiously waiting for this conference and am going to savor every moment of it. You can follow the Niche Mommy Conference on Twitter by using the Hashtag: #NicheMommy12 . If your a blogger attending the conference please me sure to tweet me @jeffmarias2001 so I can introduce myself to you.
