The other day on my Facebook Page we were discussing Christmas gifts for teachers and others that we were wanting to give a small token of our appreciation this Christmas. A Facebook fan said she has many family members that are teachers and that school supplies are always a great gift since many teachers buy supplies out of their own money every school year. The conversation got me thinking. What is something I can give our teachers that they would appreciate and also that other classroom mothers will not consider as gifts (I try to be unique as possible) then I started thinking about cold & flu season at my own place of employment.
I stated to think that giving the gift of items like antibacterial liquid, Lysol wipes and items like Kleenex would be a perfect gift. Not only would it be something that would keep teachers and children healthy, but also save teachers money on something that can add up quickly during the cold & flu season. My daughter is working on her 6th year of having perfect attendance and always jokes about the fact she only gets sick while on a holiday vacation (she’s right, she never missed school due to sickness but it seems like she always gets sick over Christmas break) and hoping to keep her perfect attendance record in check that no one in her class gets her sick before then.
Kleenex is participating in a fun useful promotion this Holiday Season. Buy specially marked boxes of Kleenex® Brand tissue, and you’ll get a code for sending a Kleenex® Brand Care Pack or Kleenex® Brand Share Pack. The Kleenex® Brand Care Pack includes: lip balm, 1 oz. hand sanitizer, coupon booklet, Kleenex® Brand Share Pack, Kleenex® Brand Slim Pack, and card redeemable to download four songs from up and coming Universal Music Artists including:Andy Grammer, Miloš Karadaglić, Avi Avital & Rebecca Pidgeon. It’s a complete gift all in it’s own. A Share Pack includes a simple box of Kleenex. My idea is you can make a Care package for the teacher, bus driver etc using specially marked Kleenex products and give the goodies to a family member or even loved one if they are feeling under the weather. Everyone wins with Kleenex.
You can visit the Kleenex Facebook Page more videos, product information (like Kleenex Cool Touch* Tissue which has cooling moisturizers & aloe that releases cooling relief when it contacts your skin) as well as tips on keeping the kids healthy in the classroom and other important facts about cold & flu season as we, as more information on the Share Packs & Care Pack available this Holiday Season. Also, if you know someone that is Spanish-Speaking, refer them to their new portion of their Spanish website.
Remember, super easy to send your own Care or Share Pack:

Love this review! I completely agree – this Kleenex Box would come in so handy – especially for teachers and their students. I think I may have to share some of these with my daughters teachers! Thank you for posting 😉
I keep seeing the commercial for these but had no idea how it actually worked. Thanks for spelling it out, that’s such a good idea for teachers gifts!
My daughter loves this Kleenex when she has a sore nose!!
Kleenex are the best tissues for sore noses. We always make sure to keep a small stockpile on hand at all times.
