Family means the world to most of us. But, sometimes you have to prioritize what comes first. My kids are always #1 on my list. This weekend was my both my Kid’s Jamboree at our ballpark. My daughter playing softball and son in his last uear of T-ball. In addition to that, my Dad was to graduate w/ his degree in Business Management. As much as I wanted to be at the ballpark for both our kid’s games, I knew I needed to support my father in his huge accomplishment!!

I made it to my son’s game but stayed long enough to see him play 1 inning as pitcher and score a home run for his team. After that, I darted over back to my house and get ready to leave for Baton Rouge. Watching my dad receive his diploma was a huge honor! My siblings and I screamed from the top of our lungs for him!! Even though I missed my daughter’s game and most of my son’s as well, I knew there would be more home runs, more wins, and definitely more rooting for the home team!!

How often does your Dad graduates from College?
