My family and I have a very busy schedule. Throughout the year my children participate in various sports. They need to have strong bones and a balanced diet every morning. The glass of milk they drink in the morning gives my kids the nutrients they need to start their day with a lot of energy and help strengthen bones.
To celebrate the launch of the new Hispanic Milk Campaign Life What makes us strong, we have partnered with me and Blogging, Babies and the Bayou. We want to dedicated time to encourage your community of followers to support the Food Project: Milk For America helps donate nutrient-rich milk to hungry families most in need through Feeding America, the largest organization in the country for domestic hunger relief.

Mi familia toma por lo menos tres galones de leche a la semana! Mi familia y yo tenemos una agenda muy ocupada. A lo largo del año mis niños participan en varios deportes. Ellos necesitan tener huesos fuertes y una dieta balanceada cada mañana. I would love to win this! We love milk but we only drink raw milk from a local dairy. It is so much healthier than the milk from the store.
This looks like an amazing giveaway. I think that calcium is so important for healthy bones. personally can’t drink mild so I usually only by almond milk.
