Growing up I was never a very physically confident person. But I always had a positive attitude & to this day try to focus on my positive assets versus my pitfalls. Being married for over 16 years, I know my husband is totally in love with me. I’ll be the first to admit that I am spoiled by him. He not only is in love with me, but he adores me, worships me and seriously, I have some sort of spell on him which allows him not to see exactly how crazy I really am! Because of this I am always wanting to up my game and do what it takes to feel confident, fresh & sexy.
I’ll be the 1st to admit that by the time my husband & I both lay our head on the pillow, we are passed out. My husband is easily awoken & naturally feels recharged after an hour of sleeping which means he is ready for some spousal attention! Don’t get your panties in a wad…just yet! HA!!
It’s normal to want to be ready for moments of intimacy! Since I’m normally exhausted every minute of everyday, I can’t let my exhaustion come before the amazing relationship I have with my husband. I grab a Fresh + Sexy wipe by Playtex and I feel confident that I am freshened up before adult time. Personal hygiene is very important to women and have been around for quite some time. We all do something different to help us feel confident when needed.
I may not be the pretties woman out there, but my husband always makes me feel like I’m the only woman in the world for him. I agree, to feel confident it’s all in how you perceive things. I have my moments of not feeling sexy but it’s all in how you carry yourself and feel.
It’s great that you put a lot of effort into your marriage. It sounds like your husband appreciates it. My husband is the same way, always attentive and makes me feel like a queen. We’re both lucky!
