Being on vacation with the family allows you to decompress and enjoy a stress-free environment with your loved ones. For us, we love to cut up and act goofy whenever possible! While we were in Branson we visited the Hollywood Wax Museum.

We have visited the Hollywood Wax Museum in Pigeon Forge and couldn’t wait to see what was in store for us at the Branson location. While each location may seem similar, each location has their own special Hollywood signature.

With locations in Los Angeles, California, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Hollywood Wax Museum first opened in 1985 and was completely renovated in 2009. The Branson location offers multiple attractions within the Hollywood Wax museum property.

Guests can enjoy the traditional wax museum, Castle of Chaos, Hannah Maze of Mirrors or Shoot for the Stars Mini Golf. You can buy combo tickets and add multiple attractions for added savings as well as purchasing your tickets online for additional savings.

The wax museum is an experience on its own. Nothing brings you up close and personal with your favorite Hollywood Stars. But the Hollywood Wax Museum is not only for photo opps, you can learn movie history, trivia and recent celebrity news while posing with your favorite movie star.

The wax replicas are quite stunning. Many of the movie stars are so lifelike, it is easy to feel like you walked on to a movie set. Did you see (pictured above) Johnny Depp? The wax replica is spot on! Brad Pitt (pictured below) is also very true to his likeness. If you are visiting Branson, you have to jump in and strike a pose.

While we were in the area we also visited Hannah Maze of Mirrors and Castle of Chaos. Castle of Chaos is the 1st 5D ride attraction in the world. The haunted attraction may not be suitable for young children but it is a lot of fun for older children and adults. My 9 and 14 year old went with us and had no problems with the theme. In fact, my 14 year old daughter won 2nd place on the ride.

Hannah Maze of Mirrors is a maze meets fairy tale experience. If you are already purchasing Hollywood Wax Museum, enjoy all four attractions. If you were to experience attractions similar to each offered here at Hollywood Wax Museum the price would be extremely elevated.

We had dinner one evening then enjoyed the Hollywood Was Museum before returning to our resort. Looking for more information? Visit the Hollywood Wax Museum website and like them on Facebook.

Combo tickets are definitely the way to go! Family can get more bang for their buck and splurge at the gift shop. You can also purchase professional pictures taken at Hollywood Wax Museum in Branson to commemorate the moment.

If Hollywood Wax Museum is reading this post, I have one request: A Pressed Penny Machine!!

I’ve been to the Hollywood Wax Museum in LA, but that’s it. It was fun and my entire family enjoyed it. My teenagers enjoyed it way more than I thought they would. It just gave us a chance to cut up and have fun.
