Planning for an upcoming family vacation requires planning in order to utilize your time and maximize your travel dollar. Our family visited Branson, Missouri last week and visited several Branson attraction your family is sure to enjoy.
My family and I left for our nearly 600 mile journey at 7p.m with the intention of arriving first thing in the morning. I know what you’re thinking! Driving through the night is not ideal. But for us, it was. We manage to maximize our travel time by arriving 1st thing Thursday morning. After a quick breakfast, our family visited Ripley’s Believe It or Not in Branson, Missouri. Ripley’s is one of our favorite attractions because if offers something for every member of our family.
Having school aged children I’m always looking for ways to incorporate education when traveling. Ripley’s offers a variety of exhibits that will boggle your mind and have your children thinking while on vacation. From shrunken heads, spinning vortex tunnel to one of a kind artworks, your family will enjoy this interactive attraction and while questioning the unbelievable, intriguing exhibits they just experienced.
My nearly 14 and 10 year old are the perfect age for Ripley’s. In fact, my 24 year old sister visited Branson with us and enjoyed the museum as well. My children & I (including my younger sister) have visited several Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! Odditorium in the past. Although a few of the smaller displays or posters look very vaguely familiar, there were several exhibits that were new to us. This made our zany experience unique and enjoyable.
Are you going to pass up a picture with The Incredible Hulk? I don’t think so, especially when he is made using metal scrap parts! My son loved taking his picture with The Hulk. This picture was taken at the beginning of the 12,000 sq ft Odditorium. Visiting Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Odditorium woke my sleepy traveling family and pumped their excitement to a whole new level.
If you are planning an upcoming family vacation to Branson, be sure to visit Ripley’s Belive It Or Not Odditorium. The popular Branson attraction is easy to spot by the cracked building facade and the 22 ft tall Transformer sculpture made of scrap car parts located directly in front of the Odditorium. Do not leave Branson without visiting the incredible sculpture.

We always love going to the Ripley’s Aquarium when on vacation. We have also been to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not a few times. We weren’t very impressed with the one at Myrtle Beach, but the one you went to looks a lot cooler!
