Margaritaville Resort Biloxi – Mississippi’s Newest Beach Resort & Family Entertainment

While my husband and I had the chance to getaway without the kids, I wanted to check out the newly opened Margaritaville Resort in Biloxi, Mississippi. Keep in mind that we spent the weekend at the Beau Rivage and did not experience the actual resort. We merely visited ESCAPE, Margaritaville's family entertainment center. The actual 22 story resort offers waterfront suites overlooking Deer Island and the Mississippi Sound. It also boosts spacious rooms, luxury suites and numerous amenities Continue Reading

Chris Isaak Concert at the House of Blues New Orleans #BayouTravel

It's summertime which means we don't have after-school/after work responsibilities and more free time in the evenings! I might as well enjoy because the kids will be back in school in just a few shorts weeks which means more DATENIGHTS! Can I get an AMEN? :) We recently celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary by catching Chris Isaak at the House of Blues in New Orleans. Not only did we have tickets to the concert but we also had upstairs access to the Foundation Room! We have been to Continue Reading

This summer local family attraction (near New Orleans) we visited was Kliebert's Alligator & Turtle Farm in Hammond, Continue Reading
