Destin Snorkel

While in Destin, Florida you can’t help but want to spend all your free time at the beach or poolside. But Destin has such an amazing sea life population I had to take advantage of the many aqua adventures available to travelers. For one of the activities I participated was going snorkeling in Destin. Destin Snorkel brought my blogger group to snorkeling & to Snuba while we were in Destin this weekend.

We left the docks on Saturday and headed out to the jetties where we snorkel or snuba, some went kayaking and enjoyed the beach setting for about 2 hours. It was such a relaxing and fun experience for all of us. With the help of our instructors & life guard we felt in safe hands! Not only did Destin Snorkle help us in our aqua adventure, but they also showed us the various sea creatures in Destin Waters. I am dying to bring my entire family with me next time. My teen daughter is so much more adventurous than I am, I know snuba will be on her must-do lists in Destin.

But wait, you can enjoy the beach or the ocean without a glimpse of some of our favorite mammal sea pals: The Dolphins! The great part about our trip was the Captain & Crew at Destin Snorkel were great about pointing our all the dolphins that were swimming with out boat. No matter how many times I see dolphins, I still get excited seeing one swim near me!! If you are in Destin, you have got to contact Destin Snorkel. They would love to take you and the family on your next aqua adventure.

Looks like fun! One of the best times I ever had on vacation was snorkeling with my family. It was way out of my comfort zone- pretty much anything that requires me to wear a bathing suit is- but it was so much fun and an incredible experience.

Wow! I’ve always wanted to go snorkeling and thought that you’d have to visit a Caribbean island to do so. Never thought about trying it out in Florida!
