Last month I wrote about adding soy oil in place of other oils to add a healthier element into our diet. Well I have been researching more recipe that can inspire us to eat healthier without taking away flavor from our palette. If your not familiar, Soy Bean Oil is already be a beneficial part of your cooking routine. Nearly 100 percent of what’s labeled as vegetable oil is actually soybean oil! Just check the ingredients listed on your product label. This means eating healthy won’t break the bank & the recipe database has a large variety of recipes that won’t take flavor away just becuase your incorporating health into your diet. Since SoyConnection.com has many valuable tips, I decided to research some of their recipes from their database & see what recipes may work well for my family. I found a huge variety that I wanted to share with all of you.
My readers can click on each image listed above for a direct link to the recipe and other important recipes. What’s great about their recipe section on the site is that you can convert each recipe to meet the needs of your own family size. If your looking to find more creative recipes to add more soy into your diet (which is heart-healthy) keep SoyConnection in mind.
